Jeremy H.West Newton, PA01Aug 15, 2023First to ReviewHad them for 21 years, car insurance and then added homeowners.. dee Taylor's was great.. he retired. I called and asked them a question, first question ever, if I rent an excavator to dig a drain and hit my house, am i covered.. they said they'd call me back.. 4 days later they returned my call after I was done.. fast forward a couple years, I just received a letter saying they are canceling my homeowners because I have moss on my roof and they won't cover anything bc of it, despite it is a roof over an exterior porch that isn't connected to the main roof.. Erie insurance, here we come!
